To start your outsourcing with Prospect
Manufacturing, only takes these few easy
steps. | |

Please collect the following
information:
- Drawing and Bill of material; A working
sample provide by customer will be very helpful.
- Quantity for production: Annual, quarterly,
monthly and preferred delivery schedule.
- Detail Packaging Requirement, internal and
external.

Depends on how complex the products are,
typically within 2-4 weeks, Prospect Mfg.
(China) will submit the quotation with price,
lead-time and other information.

Prospect Mfg. will provide 1st article for
client approval at negligible or no cost to
client if there are no custom-made mold and tool
requirements for making the 1st article. If the
special molding and tooling are required, client
will need to prepay at least 50% the mold or
tooling cost. This charge may be waived if the
production order is released.

Depends on the complexity of the products.
In some case, it will take 2-3 times
inspection/review cycles to approve the 1st
article. Client will only pay one time fee when
the 1st article is 100% approved.

Once client released production purchase
order, Prospect will deliver the products on
time. | |
